BURGLARY - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Tristen A. Thompson, 17, of Hogansburg with second-degree burglary. Thompson was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and sent to the Franklin County Jail with bail set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.

BENCH WARRANT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police picked up Christopher Belile, 25, of Hogansburg on an active warrant issued out of Franklin County. Belile was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and sent to the Franklin County Jail with bail set at $20,000 cash or $40,000 bond.

BENCH WARRANT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police picked up Tyler A. Gray, 26, of Hogansburg on an active warrant issued out of Franklin County. Gray was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and sent to the Franklin County Jail with bail set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.

FAILURE TO STOP FOR SCHOOL BUS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Frank G. Brown, 68, of Massena for failure to stop for a school bus.

CELL PHONE - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Anthony Laughing, 66, of Hogansburg for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle.

UNINSPECTED MOTOR VEHICLE - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Sharon E. Nolan, 49, of Rooseveltown for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Lisa M. Mitchell, 33, of Rooseveltown with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed her for speed in zone.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Jason J. Anderson, 19, of Hogansburg with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for failure to use designated lane.

UNINSPECTED MOTOR VEHICLE - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Sheldon Cole, 39, of Hogansburg for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle.

INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Denise A. Gratton, 50, of Constable for operation of a vehicle inadequate headlights.

INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Herminthe Clerjuste, 38, of Montreal Que., for operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights.

SEXUAL ABUSE - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Scott R. Reese, 51, of Glens Falls with a felony count of first-degree sexual abuse - contact by forcible compulsion. Reese was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and sent to the Franklin County Jail with bail set at $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Leona C. Sunday, 43, of Hogansburg with a felony count of first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving while ability impaired by alcohol and ticketed her for operation of an unregistered motor vehicle on highway and failure to keep right.

BENCH WARRANT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police picked up Lucas R. Tarbell, 20, of Hogansburg on a bench warrant issued out of St. Lawrence County. Tarbell was turned over to New York State Police.

BENCH WARRANT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police picked up Jerrett B. Shenandoah, 31, of Hogansburg on a bench warrant issued out of Franklin County. Shenandoah was sent to the Franklin County Jail with bail set at $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.

DRIVER’S VIEW OBSTRUCTED - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Peter A. Hopper, 73, of Massena for operation of a vehicle with driver’s view obstructed.

INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Saquoia Chubb, 16, of Hogansburg for operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights.

SPEED IN ZONE - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Phyllis M. Chilton, 69, of Massena for speed in zone (54/35 mph zone).
