POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Brenden Narrow, 24, of Potsdam for second-degree trespassing and a host of other charges after responding to a complaint at approximately 9 a.m. Wednesday at 111 Sissonville Road in the town of Potsdam.
Troopers said when they located Narrow he was in possession of a small quantity of marijuana, hypodermic needles, five alprazolam pills and one methadone hydrochloride pill without any prescriptions.
Narrow was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument and possessing a controlled substance outside its original container.
Narrow was arraigned by Pierrepont Town Justice Robert Camp and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.
He is to reappear in town of Potsdam Court on June 22.
