CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Dorothy H. Brown, 31, of Brasher Falls with fourth-degree criminal mischief and ticketed her for unsafe movement of a motor vehicle after responding to a vandalism complaint at 7:26 p.m. Wednesday on the Carey Road in the town of Massena. Troopers said Brown and a male argued during a child exchange and when she left the driveway in her vehicle, rocks flew and struck the male in his glasses.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MASSENA - State police investigated several property damage accidents Wednesday around the region. Among those:

• Kathy A. Therrien, 52, of Fort Covington at 9:48 a.m. on the Burns-Holden Road, near Blanchard Road, in the town of Fort Covington.
