CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - DEKALB - Gouverneur’based state police charged Seth Marsh Hamm, 28, of Norfolk with criminal possession of a controlled substance following a stop at 11:55 a.m. Thursday on Route 11 in the town of Dekalb. He was arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - WINTHROP - Massena-based state police charged Brittany R. Keel, 19, of St. Regis Falls with fourth-degree criminal mischief after she reportedly broke a patio table while she was attempting to crawl into a rear bedroom window Thursday night at the Kennett residence at 422 state Route 420, Winthrop. The complaint was filed with troopers at 10:56 p.m. Thursday, and Keel was arrested at 1 a.m. Friday at 708 state Route 11C, Winthrop. She was issued an appearance ticket for June 18 in Stockholm Town Court.
