MARIJUANA POSSESSION - NORWOOD - Canton-based state police charged Casey J. Deshane, 35, of Norfolk with unlawful possession of marijuana at 12:55 p.m. Thursday at the Norwood Beach, Lakeshore Drive. He was issued an appearance ticket.

DOMESTIC DISPUTE - MORRISTOWN - Ogdensburg- based state police charged Lisa M. Villano, 31, of Hammond with third-degree menacing and criminal obstruction breathing at 8:20 p.m. Thursday after responding to a reported domestic dispute in the town of Morristown. She was released on her own recognizance.

TRESPASS - DEKALB - Gouverneur-based state police charged Richard K. Brown, 60, of Canton with trespassing at 8:50 a.m. Thursday stemming from a complaint lodged with troopers at 5 p.m. June 1 from the town of Dekalb. He was released on an appearance ticket.

MARIJUANA POSSESSION - ROSSIE - Gouverneur-based state police charged Tanner M. O’Riley, 26, of Gouverneur; Jackson G. O’Riley, 21, of Gouverneur; and Robert H. Bright, 22, of Gouverneur with unlawful possession of marijuana at 10:35 p.m. Wednesday in the town of Rossie. They were released on appearance tickets.

PETIT LARCENY - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Michael D. Love, 25, of Massena with petit larceny at 12:35 p.m. Thursday stemming from a complaint reported to troopers at 5:14 p.m. June 6 from the town of Norfolk. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Troopers had also charged Brynn L. Dickerson, 23, of Norfolk with second-degree possession of a forged instrument at 10:20 a.m. June 10 stemming from the same incident. She had been released on her own recognizance.

RESISTING ARREST - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Calvin O. Thomas, 23, of Massena with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct at 9:49 a.m. Thursday stemming from an incident reported to troopers at 3:55 a.m. Monday from the town of Massena. He was released on an appearance ticket.

DOG COMPLAINT - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Michael W. Lackey, 23, of Brushton and Barbara J. Howard, 22, of Brushton with torture/injure/not feeding animal at 11:25 a.m. Thursday stemming from an incident reported to troopers earlier that morning from the town of Fort Covington. They were released on appearance tickets.
