Ogdensburg police blotter


• Shania L. Dobbs, 23, of 424 Mansion Avenue was arrested Wednesday by Ogdensburg police on a City Court bench warrant for failure to pay a fine. She was arraigned before Judge Small and released on her own recognizance.

• Scotty R. Austin, 23, of 225 Morris St., was issued tickets for uninspected motor vehicle and inadequate exhaust at 11:37 p.m. Wednesday on New York Avenue, city police said.

• City police said Chad D. Rice, 41, of County Route 10, Lisbon, was ticketed at 7:16 p.m. Wednesday for failure to stop at a stop sign.

• Lester A. Clarke, 31, of 48 Phillip St., Massena, was arrested on Thursday at 10:53 p.m. on a bench warrant for fourth-degree criminal miischief, city police said.

• Police arrested Kurt M. Bjork, 26, of 321 Belmont Courts, at 9:07 Thursday for disorderly conduct after police responded to a complaint of a highly intoxicated male punching at building at Belmont Courts.

• Police arrested Blane A. Fisher, 26, of 102 Spring St., on Thursday at 6:47 p.m. at 105 Spring St., on a state bench warrant. He was also ticketed for being in possession of hypodermic needle and for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was turned over to state police.

• Police arrested Casey L. Shallow, 21, of 120 Ogden St., at 4:12 p.m. Thursday on a St. Lawrence County Court bench warrant. She was transported to county jail, Canton.
