AGGRAVATED DWI - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Brooke M. LaBaff, 23, of Canton with aggravated driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana and ticketed her for failure to keep right and operation of a vehicle with inadequate mirrors following a traffic stop at 11:25 p.m. Monday on state Route 310 in the town of Canton. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent is considered proof of intoxication in the state. A driving while intoxicated charge is elevated to aggravated DWI when the blood alcohol content is 0.18 percent or higher.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - POTSDAM - Ogdensburg-based state police charged George D. Murray, 42, of Hopkinton with 10 counts of unlawful possession of marijuana and ticketed him for failure to wear his seatbelt following a traffic stop at 7:16 a.m. Monday on state Route 11B in the town of Potsdam.

DWI - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Jarrod D. Murray, 39, of Fort Covington with driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for a window tint violation following a traffic stop at 11:15 p.m. Monday on County Route 42 in the town of Fort Covington.

PERSONAL INJURY ACCIDENT - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police said one person was injured in a one-vehicle accident reported at 12:57 p.m. Monday on County Route 1, near Dog Hollow Road, in the town of Fort Covington.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - State police from around the region reported a number of property damage accidents Monday and early Tuesday morning. Among those:

• S.M. Chenaille, 26, of Malone at 4:34 p.m. Monday on Buell Road, near McQueen Road, in the town of Fort Covington.

• Lawrence V. Cook, 29, of Brushton at 5:31 a.m. Tuesday on County Route 5, near state Route 11B, in the town of Dickinson.
