• Ogdensburg police arrested Koby L. Schwartz, 31, of 442 Belmont Courts, at Walmart for shoplifting. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable in City Court.

• Jonathan M. Pratt, 40, of 525 Washington St., was arrested at 1:53 a.m. Saturday on the Downtown Arterial for driving while intoxicated and following too closely. Police say Mr. Pratt rear-ended another vehicle.

• Dennis J. Stephenson, 20, of 236 Barker Road, Potsdam, was ticketed at 8:21 Saturday for having an inadequate exhaust system.

• Police arrested Logan J. Trickey, 16, of 14 Oak St., on Saturday at 5:29 p.m. for criminal possession of stolen property. He was arraigned before Judge Gary Alford and held on $500 bail.

• Nadine M. Montroy, 46, of 621 Ford St., was arrested Friday at 6:57 p.m. on a St. Lawrence County bench warrant for violating probation. She was transported to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton.

• Logan J. Trickey, 16, of 14 Oak St., and Jayce M. Gaines, 17, of 12 David St., were arrested at 5:35 p.m. Friday for criminal possession of marijuana. Police say they were trespassing at the Hanson Stone Quarry at 701 Cedar Street at the time of their arrest. They were released on their own recognizance.

• Thomas L. King, 17, of 320 Pine St., arrested at 2:18 p.m. Friday on Washington Street for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was arraigned before Judge Small and released.

• Gloria M. Troubles, 25, of 513 Greene St., was arrested on a City Court warrant for harassment at 2:04 p.m. Friday.

• Tabitha A. Lalonde, 26, of 17 Rensselaer St., was ticketed for speeding at 8:30 a.m. on Greene Street.

• Lester A. Clarke, 31, of 48 Phillips St., was arrested on a City Court warrant for criminal mischief.
