PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Courtney M. Garris, 25, of Massena with petit larceny stemming from an investigation into a shoplifting complaint filed with troopers on April 30 from the town of Oswegatchie. The arrest was made at 11:28 a.m. Wednesday at 259 County Route 43, Massena.

DWI - OSWEGATCHIE - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Jacqueline J. Premo, 25, of Norwood with driving while intoxicated and ticketed her for failure to keep right, making an unsafe lane change and crossing road hazardous marking lines following a traffic stop at 1:28 a.m. Thursday on Route 37 in the town of Oswegatchie.

PETIT LARCENY - MALONE - Malone-based state police charged Catherine M. Dustin, 48, of Fort Covington with petit larceny following a shoplifting complaint filed with troopers at noon Wednesday from the town of Malone. The arrest was made at 23 Meehan Road, Malone.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged William A. Beyers, 26, of North Lawrence for unlawful possession of marijuana, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and facilitating second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 5:05 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on Route 11 in the town of Moira.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - CANTON - State police from around the region investigated a number of property damage accidents around the region on Wednesday. Among those:

• Brook E. Adams, 25, of Syracuse at 1:56 p.m. on Route 11, near Peru Street, in the town of Moira.

• Joseph L. Boisvert, 42, of Massena at 11:40 p.m. on Port Kent Road, near Mill Street, in the town of Lawrence.
