*Police arrested Diana S. Levy, 29, of 39 Woodlot Crest, Toronto, Ontario, at 2:07 a.m. Monday on State Highway 37 for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to dim headlights. She was released on an appearance ticket for City Court.

•Edmund J. Barr, 23, of 801 Morris St. was ticketed on Sunday at 9:23 p.m. on Greene Street for an unsafe lane change.

•Police arrested Brandi L. Bell, 25, of 405 New York Ave. at 12:56 p.m. Sunday for allegedly shoplifting at Walmart. She was released pending an appearance ticket.

•Police ticketed Alicia M. Rafferty, 26, of 72 Jones Road on Sunday at 12:19 a.m. on State Highway 68 for having an inadequate tail lamp. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable in City Court.

•Police ticketed Michelle L.,Weir, 43, of 22 Howard St., Gouverneur, at 10:26 p.m. Saturday for inadequate head lamp.

•Police arrested Christopher D. Harper, 22, of 853 County Route 4 for driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and unreasonable speed at 2:47 a.m. Saturday on East South and Paterson Street. He was also charged with failure to comply and refusal to take a breath screening test.

•Police ticketed Joshua D. Shannon-Wangler, 19, of 1126 Washington St. At 9:48 p.m. on the 200 block of Tate Street for uninspected motor vehicle and unlawful possession of marihuana. He was released on appearance tickets returnable in city Court.

•Kimberly A. Dishaw, 44, of 403 Canton St. was ticketed for an open container violation at 10:09 p.m. Friday on the 600 block of Canton Street.

•Karen V. Carlton, 55, of 30 Sport Club Rd. was issued tickets for speeding and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 7:41 p.m. on Greene Street. She was issued appearance tickets returnable in city court.
