UNREGISTERED MOTOR VEHICLE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Amy J. Hollister, 35, of state Route 37B, Massena, for operation of an unregistered motor vehicle at 10:02 a.m. Monday following a traffic stop on Highland Avenue.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Tyler R. Searles, 19, of state Route 37, Massena, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for failure to wear his seat belt at 4:13 p.m. Monday following a traffic stop on Main Street.

UNINSPECTED MOTOR VEHICLE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Moses J. Barksdale, 34, of state Route 37, Hogansburg, for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle at 4:23 p.m. Monday following a traffic stop on East Hatfield Street.

CELLPHONE VIOLATION - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Jason J. Malone, 35, of Massena for using a cellphone while operation of a motor vehicle at 1:35 p.m. Monday following a traffic stop on Route 37.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Jeffrey P. Brown, 30, of state Route 37, Massena, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for a stop sign violation following a traffic stop at 2:07 p.m. Monday following a traffic stop on Highland Avenue near Highland Park.

NO SEATBELT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Nicole A. Beggs, 34, of George Street, Massena, for failure to wear his seatbelt at 3:32 p.m. Monday following a traffic stop on South Main Street.

NO SEATBELT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Kellie N. Wehr, 21, of County Route 25, Canton, for operation of a vehicle with an inadequate muffler and two counts of having back seat passengers between the ages of 4 and 15 not wearing a seatbelt.
