FELONY DWAI - DRUGS - MASSENA - Village police charged Jarred M. Bradish, 25, of 51 North Allen St., Massena, with a felony count of driving while ability impaired by drugs at 8:26 p.m. Tuesday after responding to a reckless driving complaint. Bradish was also charged with reckless driving and ticketed for failure to keep right. Police said they had received a complaint that a male driving a white Saab was driving erractically on Grove Street, striking the curb near the intersection at East Orvis Street, before pulling into the W.L. Smith Hardware parking lot. The charge was elevated to a felony since Bradish has a July 7, 2009 driving while intoxicated conviction from Potsdam Village Court.

SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Raymond N. Inostroza, 23, of Carina Circle, Sanford, Fla., for speed in zone at 8:06 a.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on East Hatfield Street.
