HERMON — State police charged Jonathan R. Dalton, 31, Hermon, with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a stop at 2:06 a.m. Friday on County Route 21.

Mr. Dalton had a blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent, police said.

He initially was pulled over for failure to keep right, they said.

A BAC of 0.08 percent or higher is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or higher.
