POTSDAM – Mrs. Beverly Ann Currier, 60, of 302 Heath Road, passed away early Friday morning, July 18, 2014 at Strong Memorial Hospital, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Beverly was born October 20, 1953 in Raymondville, the daughter of the late Charles and Viola LaVair Trim. She attended Norwood-Norfolk Central School and took courses at SUNY Canton.
Beverly worked for various local stores including, Jamesway, Sears, Homestead Dairies, and the Potsdam IGA until becoming disabled. She enjoyed gardening, knitting, crocheting, cooking, baking, doing crossword puzzles, and playing computer games. Beverly was always willing to lend a hand to someone in need.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Henry; her children, Melody and Rick Delaney of Potsdam; Kirk and Michelle Pearson of Massena; Gerald and Amanda Currier of Norwood; Steven McAloon of Florida; and Angela and Matthew Ramsdell of Norfolk; her grandchildren, Ricky, Brad, Jody, Brittney, Curtis, Kayla, Courtney, Austin, Annabelle, Sabrina, Desmond, Dante, and Lilly; and many great grandchildren.
She is also survived by her sisters, Linda Trim of Camillus; Jane Pearson of Madrid; Annabelle Trim of Ogdensburg; her brothers, Randy and Tracie Trim of Florida; Pat Trim of Ogdensburg; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Barbara in 1968 and her brother, Frederick in 2013.
