•Police arrested Jessica A. Huckle, 29, of 21749 Rock Lane, Carthage, for driving while intoxicated and driving the wrong way on a one way street at 2:14 a.m. Sunday on the 400 block of Ford Street. She was issued appearance ticket s returnable in city court.

•Police ticketed Todd J. Tyo 26, of 417 Belmont Courts for an open container violation at 3:15 a.m. Sunday near Hosmer’s Marina on East River Street. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable in city court.

•Police ticketed Jeffrey A. Weems, 37, of 1708 Ohio St. Watertown, for an open container violation at 2:24 a.m. on the 10 block of Main Street. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable in city court.

•Police ticketed Christopher J. Reinhardt, 38, of 320 North Syracuse for an open container violation at 1:29 a.m. Sunday. He was issued an appearance ticket.

•Russell C. Neadom, 24, of 319 Marshall Road, Lisbon, was ticketed for an open container violation at 12:08 a.m. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable in city court.

•Jordan M. Hawes, 22, of 471 County Route 54 was ticketed for an open container at 11:58 p.m. Saturday on the 100 block of Lake Street. He was aissued an appearance ticket returnable in city court.

•Tara L. Lennox, 36, of 21 Hanlon Road, Lisbon was ticketed for an open container violation at 10:12 p.m. Saturday outside Nig’s Tavern on State Street. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable in city court.

•Police arrested Brent M. Binion, 48, of 526 Fort Covington St. for disorderly conduct and having an open container of alcohol at 10:11 p.m. Saturday on State Street. He was issued appearance tickets returnable in city court.

•Police arrested Clark J. Zanier, 24, of 25 Morley Park Dr. on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear and pay a fine from an previous infraction. He was arraigned before Judge Gary Alford and issued an appearance ticket.

•Police ticketed Albert A. Brossoit, 43, of 88 East Road, Heuvelton, for following too closely and leaving the scene of an accident at 6:05 p.m. Saturday at the corner of Ford and Paterson streets. Authorities say he rear-ended another vehicle and then left the scene. He was issued appearance tickets returnable in city court.

•Police arrested Shane M. Kerry, 31, of 201 LaFayette St. At 5:35 p.m. Saturday on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear to answer the pervious charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. She was arraigned before Judge William Small and issued an appearance ticket.

•Police arrested Andrew W. Mason Jr. 40, of 1126 Washington St. for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 13:37 a.m. Saturday on the 600 Block of LaFayette Street. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable in city court.

•Police ticketed Jaques L. Sovie, 20, of 1037 State Street for underage possession of alcohol at 12:23 a.m. Saturday on the 200 block of West South Street. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable in city court

•Police ticketed Seth J. Tebo, 19, of 705 Picquet Drive for failure to yield the right of way following a minor motor vehicle accident at 12:27 p.m. Monday at the corner of Elizabeth and LaFayette streets. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable in city court.
