TRESPASS - POTSDAM - Village police charged Rachel I. Lapin, 21, of Copiague and Gabriella Rossi, 21, of Oneonta with trespassing and Canaan D. Nelson, 19, of Mountain Top, Pa., with third-degree criminal trespass at 2:50 a.m. Tuesday after they were observed inside a fenced off construction area at Clarkson University’s Old Main building. Nelson was additionally charged with resisting arrest.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Kaitlin A. Murray, 22, of Potsdam with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed her for speed in zone (52/30 mph zone) following a traffic stop at 9:59 a.m. Tuesday on Lower Pine Street.

SPEEDING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Jordan C. Thomas, 24, of Potsdam for speed in zone (50/30) at 8:10 p.m. Tuesday following a traffic stop on Lower Pine Street.
