PROMISE KEPT - Lisbon Marching Band’s Front Line Coach Andy Carr and Assistant Front Line and Visual Coach Brandon Cruikshank, promised the front line members that if they took first place in flag front line category in the Seaway Festival parade, the team could shave their heads.
