UNLAWFUL FLEEING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Stephen T. Baker, 18, of Saranac Lake with unlawful fleeing of a police officer, driving on the left on crest, reckless driving, unsafe passing on the left, speed in zone, failure to use designated lane, crossing the center line, moving from lane unsafely and operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver. He arraigned in Bombay Town Court and sent to the Franklin County Jail on $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 bond, to reappear Tuesday.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police picked up Adam T. Francis, 21, of Hogansburg on a bench warrant and charged him with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with .08 of 1 percent or more and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Justine R. Johnson, 27, of Hogansburg with fourth-degree criminal mischief: intent to damage property, acting in a manner to injure a child less than 17 and second-degree harassment. She was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released to the Franklin County Probation Department.

BENCH WARRANT – AKWESASNE - New York State Police picked up Priscilla K. Thompson, 45, of Akwesasne, Ontario, on an active bench warrant from Bombay Town Court. She was turned over to St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police, arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released on her own recognizance, to appear at a later date.

WARRANT OF ARREST - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police picked up Daryl K. Oakes, 21, of Hogansburg on an arrest warrant. Oakes was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and sent to the Franklin County Jail on $500 bail or $1,000 bond.

WARRANT EXECUTION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police picked up Qi Jin Lin, 43, of the Peoples Republic of China on an outstanding administrative warrant of removal from the United States. He was turned over to the United States Border Patrol for processing.

BENCH WARRANT – AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police picked up Jacob A. Cook, 37, of Hogansburg on a bench warrant. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released on his own recognizance, to reappear Aug. 26.

WARRANT OF ARREST - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police picked up Kirby F. Garrow, 54, of Hogansburg on an active warrant issued by Bombay Town Court. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released on own recognizance.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Gerald C. McDonald, 52, of Akwesasne with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Julie E. Ladue, 22, of Massena with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and ticketed her for following too closely.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Marie S. Lazore, 32, of Hogansburg with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and ticketed her for speed in zone and operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Louise M. David, 22, of Oneida with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE- St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Melissa R. Amadori, 25, of Hamburg with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and ticketed her for making an improper left turn.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Debra Smoke, 55, of Hogansburg with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and ticketed her for speed in zone (54/35 MPH zone).

FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Mary Lacellas, 58, of Hogansburg for following too closely following a two-vehicle injury accident on state Route 37. Both operators were taken to the hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.

NO PLATE LIGHT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Danielle N. Oakes, 41, of Hogansburg for no plate light.

INADEQUATE PLATE LAMP - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Samantha J. Thompson, 27, of Hogansburg for an inadequate plate lamp.

OPERATING OUT OF CLASS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Elizabeth A. Montour, 57 of Kahnawake, Quebec, for operating a vehicle out of class and inadequate headlights.

Tickets are returnable to Tribal Court on 08-11-2014.

UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Daylin D. Oakes, 27, of Akwesasne, Quebec, for unlicensed operation and speed in zone.
