ASSAULT - BRASHER FALLS - Massena-based state police charged Sarah B. Clement-Bullock, 16, of Brasher with third-degree assault, second-degree harassment and resisting arrest after responding to a domestic dispute call at 8:17 p.m. Saturday from the town of Brasher. She was arraigned by Massena Town Justice Gerald P. Sharlow, released under the supervision of the probation department and adjudicated as a youthful offender.

PETIT LARCENY - MALONE - Malone-based state police charged Marion L. Smith, 45, of Fort Covington with petit larceny after responding to a report of a shoplifting incident at 4:30 p.m. Saturday at the Malone Walmart.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - CANTON - Canton-based state police charged Mark A. Hummer, 22, of Central Square and Jason P. Hart, 22, of Brewerton with unlawful possession of marijuana following a stop at 2:25 p.m. Saturday on Route 11 in the town of Canton.

HARASSMENT - WEST STOCKHOLM - Canton-based state police charged Corey F. Murray, 24, of Potsdam and Ralph H. Trerise, 54, of West Stockholm with second-degree harassment following an investigation into a domestic dispute reported at 7:37 p.m. Saturday from the town of Stockholm.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - CANTON - State police investigated a number of property damage accidents around the region on Saturday. Among those:

• Melissa J. Burchard, 48, of Canton at 8:51 p.m. on County Route 29, near County Route 27, in the town of Canton.

PETIT LARCENY - OSWEGATCHIE - Ogdensburg-based state police have made a second arrest in an investigation into a shoplifting incident that occurred on July 17 in the town of Oswegatchie. Troopers charged Shaughn M. Weirs, 17, of Ogdensburg with petit larceny Saturday morning. They had charged Jordan M. Murdock, 16, of Ogdensburg with petit larceny on July 25.

PETIT LARCENY - OSWEGATCHIE - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Jared A. Vinch, 24, of Ogdensburg with petit larceny after responding to a shoplifting complaint at 6:27 p.m. Saturday from the town of Oswegatchie.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - OSWEGATCHIE - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Shawn M. Cullen, 25, of Heuvelton with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance in a non-original container, possession of a hypodermic instrument and criminal use of a drug paraphernalia and ticketed him for operation of a vehicle with an inadequate plate lamp following a traffic stop at 2:50 a.m. Saturday on state Route 812 in the town of Oswegatchie.
