AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Robert S. Bowen, 34, of Potsdam with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for operation of a vehicle with inadequate plate lamps at 11:13 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Maple Street.

2131 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call on County Route 34.

2238 Patrol completed a traffic stop on Maple Street. A verbal warning was issued.
