•Police arrested Rachel Gordon, 31, of 419 Mansion Avenue, on a city court bench warrant at 1:42 a.m. Sunday for failure to appear to answer a previous charge. She was arraigned before Judge William R. Small and issued an appearance ticket.

•Police arrested Andrew W. Mason Jr., 40, of 670 Sand St. Brier Hill at 4:22 p.m. Saturday on the 1000 block of Paterson St. for 3rd degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable in city court.

•Police arrested Kurt M. Bjork, 26, of 221 Belmont Courts at 7:44 p.m. Saturday at the 300 section of Belmont Courts on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear to answer a previous charge of disorderly conduct. He was arraigned before Judge Gary Alford and issued an appearance ticket.

•Police arrested Robert R. Morrow, 57, of 511 Elizabeth St. at 7:16 p.m. Friday on Champlain Street for second degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving with improper plates, uninspected motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle and driving with no insurance. He was issued tickets returnable in city court.

•Police arrested Dustin S. Bennett, 27, of 455 Belmont Courts for petit larceny at 6:50 p.m. Friday at Walmart. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable in city court.

•Police arrested Melissa E. Larose, 31, of 1513 Ford St. at 4:59 p.m. Friday for petit larceny at Walmart. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable in city court.
