HARASSMENT - MORRISTOWN - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Edward E. Bush, 38, of Ogdensburg with second-degree harassment Tuesday following an investigation into an incident reported to troopers at 8:23 a.m. June 6 from the town of Morristown.

HYPODERMIC INSTRUMENT - DEKALB - Gouverneur-based state police charged Aaron M. Peabody, 25, of Watertown and Michael V. Huckle, 30, of Canton with possession of hypodermic instruments. Peabody was additionally charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following a stop at 2:30 p.m. Monday on Route 11 in the town of Dekalb.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - DEKALB - Gouverneur-based state police charged Cody J. Walrath, 20, of Gouverneur and Nikka M. Reed, 21, of Ogdensburg with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 9:30 p.m. Monday following a stop on Route 11 in the town of Dekalb. Walrath was additionally charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
