SKATEBOARDING ON SIDEWALK - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Cameron Anderson, 20, of Norwood for skateboarding on the sidewalk at 2:15 p.m. Tuesday on Market Street. Police said Anderson had previously been given several warnings that he was not allowed to skateboard on siddewalks.

UNSAFE BACKING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Christopher M. McKay, 21 of Cohoes for unsafe backing at 5:13 p.m. Tuesday following a property damage accident in the Fitness Center parking lot on the Clarkson University campus.

0357 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call.

0416 Patrol responded to Mayfield Drive for a noise complaint.

0616 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call.

1031 A handicapped parking permit was issued to a town of Potsdam resident.

1242 Patrol reports a brown dog running in the road in the vicinity of the airport on Elm Street.

1415 Patrol observed a male skateboarding on Market Street after numerous warnings. Ticket issued.

1419 Patrol assisted a disabled vehicle on Pine Street.

1544 Received a mental health pickup order. Completed pick up and transport without incident.

1713 Patrol dispatched to a property damage accident on the Clarkson Campus in the Fitness Center parking lot. Ticket issued.

1814 Welfare check. Subject was located and found to be in good health.

1907 Patrol responded to the dam on Maple Street for report of subjects trespassing. It was determined that the subjects were not trespassing.

2215 Patrols responded to a noise complaint on Market Street.
