DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Krystal L. Olson, 36, of 3 Ripley St., Massena, with disorderly conduct at 7:15 p.m. Wednesday on Ripley Street. Police said they responded to a disturbance complaint and found a pre-teen sitting near the street showing signs of emotional duress. The boy told police he had been arguing with an adult male. Police said a short time later they were approached by Olsen, and she allegedly lectured them about taking to her son without her present. They said Olson, who appeared to have been drinking, then screamed obscenities at the officers as she was walking away and failed to comply with orders to stop.

UNREGISTERED MOTOR VEHICLE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed William L. Davis, 71, of Douglas Road, Massena, for operation of an unregistered motor vehicle at 10:50 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on East Orvis Street.

CELL PHONE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Meghann M. Coates, 24, of Dean Street, Malone, for using a mobile device while operating a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 11:42 a.m. Wednesday on West Orvis Street.
