IMPROPER RIGHT TURN - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Richard N. Cassara, 73, of Canton for making an improper right turn at an intersection at 11:41 a.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on Maple Street. Police allege Cassara made a right hand turn from Maple Street near Martin’s service station in the outside lane. While turning, he allegedly failed to maintain his lane and turned into the inner most lane.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Larae M. Green, 38, of Potsdam with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on Lawrence Avenue. Police said they made the traffic stop during an investigation stemming from a reckless driving complaint and discovered her operating privileges were suspended.

BENCH WARRANT - POTSDAM - Village police picked up Nicholas P. Adams, 23, of Potsdam on a bench warrant issued by Potsdam Village Court. He was picked up at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday on Debra Drive, arraigned by Potsdam Village Justice Nicholas Pignone and released on his own appearance. The warrant alleged Adams had failed to appear as directed on a case pending in village court.
