INADEQUATE EXHAUST - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Nathan M. Paller, 26, of Nightengale Avenue, Massena, for operation of a vehicle with an inadequate exhaust at 1:20 p.m. Monday following a traffic stop on Main Street.

SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Nicholas R. Newtown, 22, of Massena for speed in zone at 2 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on East Orvis Street.

FAILURE TO SIGNAL - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Harley B. Chubb, 24, of Oakes Road, Hogansburg, for failure to signal a turn at 1:27 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on West Orvis Street near Church Street.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Christopher F. Austin, 37, of 74 Woodlawn Ave., Massena, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for making an improper signal at 9:03 p.m. Friday following an incident on Main Street.

FAILURE TO KEEP RIGHT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Barbara L. Gibson, 70, of West Avenue, Massena, for failure to keep right at 7:20 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on East Orvis Street near the Alcoa Bridge Road.

SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Kyle B. Lucas, 30, of Park Street, Potsdam for speed in zone at 4:40 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on East Hatfield Street.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Kelly M. Greene, 43, of 42 Elm St., Massena, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 8:23 a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on East Orvis Street.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged David H. Jengo, 24, of Cherry Valley, Syracuse, with disorderly conduct at 2:40 a.m. Friday following an investigation into an incident at the Hotel Nadeau.
