PETIT LARCENY - LISBON - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Christopher P. Ramsay, 31, of Waddington with petit larceny and criminal mischief Monday evening following an investigation into a domestic dispute reported at 7:45 p.m. Thursday from the town of Lisbon.

MARIJUANA POSSESSION - LOUISVILLE - Gouverneur-based state police reported Tuesday they had charged Justin L. Dack, 29, of Adams and Kallis S. Redmond, 23, of Dexter with unlawful possession of marijuana violations following a traffic stop at 12:10 p.m. Saturday on Route 37 in the town of Louisville.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Jan Y. Bergeron, 37, of Sainte Charles Borromee, Que., with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana Monday. He reportedly was found to have a approximately 23.5 grams of marijuana, along with a psilocybin mushroom under his driver’s seat.

He was turned over to troopers at 4 p.m. Monday following a secondary inspection conducted by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the U.S. port of entry in Rooseveltown. He was arraigned in Norfolk Town Court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $1,000 cash bail or $1,500 secured bond, to reappear Wednesday morning.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - NORWOOD - Massena-based state police charged April L. Regan, 32, of Norwood with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic needle following a traffic stop at 4 p.m. Monday on state Route 56 in the village of Norwood. Troopers said she was found in possession of a needle without a prescription and a powdery substance that reportedly tested positive for a controlled substance.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - MALONE - State police investigated a number of property damage accidents around the region on Monday. Among those:

• Colin G. Cunningham, 70, of Bombay at 9:07 a.m. on County Route 3, near County Route 4, in the town of Fort Covington.

• Gregory T. Cromp, 47, of Malone and Mollie K. Patnode, 27, of Constable were involved in a two-vehicle collision at 3:58 p.m. on Route 11, near Pearl Street, in the town of Moira.

• Dawei Xu, 27, of Potsdam at 6:56 p.m. on state Route 458, near the Blue Mountain Road, in the town of Waverly.

PETIT LARCENY - MALONE - Malone-based state police charged Donald E. White, 51, of Moira with petit larceny after responding to a shoplifting complaint at 4:37 p.m. Monday at the Malone Walmart.

PETIT LARCENY - PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia (NY)-based state police charged a 13-year-old male from Ogdensburg with petit larceny at 5 p.m. Monday following a shoplifting incident at the Philly Fuels convenience store.
