AGGRAVATED DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Peter Angus, 30, of Hogansburg with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .018 percent or more, driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation. He was released on appearance tickets for Sept. 9 in Bombay Town Court.

AGGRAVATED DWI - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Lance Lazore, 30, of Akwesasne, Ont., with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated previous conviction and failure to keep right. He was released on appearance tickets for Sept. 9 in Bombay Town Court.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Jamie L. Cook, 25, of Hogansburg with driving while intoxicated previous conviction, operating a motor vehicle with .08 of 1 percent or more, failure to obey police, speed in zone, failure to signal, third-degree unlawful fleeing of police, second-degree criminal trespass and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child. She was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and sent to the Franklin County Jail on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.

ENDANGERING THE WELFARE - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Emerald R. Jock, 19, of Nedrow with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree criminal trespass. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and sent to the Franklin County Jail on $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond.

ARREST WARRANT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police picked up Joel L. Farrell, 27, of Massena on an arrest warrant for disobeying a mandate. He was released on own recognizance, to reappear Sept. 23.

ARREST WARRANT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police picked up Leslie H.K. Nelson, 32, of Hogansburg on an active warrant for disobeying a mandate. She was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and was released, to reappear Sept. 16.

HARASSMENT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Jonathan M. Burwell, 24, of Hogansburg with second-degree harassment. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released, to reappear on Tuesday.

PETIT LARCENY - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Jeffrey R. Phillips, 30, of Ogdensburg with petit larceny. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released, to reappear Sept. 9.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Mathew A. Benedict, 31, of Hogansburg with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and following too close. He was issued tickets to appear Sept. 9 in Bombay Town Court.

INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed the following motorists for inadequate headlights:

• Moise Page, 19, of St. Louise, Que.

• Joyce T. Lamere, no age available, of Malone.

INADEQUATE STOP LAMPS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Lance L. Heiserman, 19, of Malone for inadequate stop lamps.

CELL PHONE - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed the following motorists for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle:

• Mark W. Wrigley, 20, of Nashville, Tenn.

• Barry J. Crawford, 38, of Ogdensburg.

SPEED IN ZONE - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed the following motorists for speed in zone:

• Dallas C. Delormier, 18, of Akwesasne, Ont. (56 in a 35 mph zone).

• Michael Leclair, 28, of Waddington (51 in a 35 mph zone).

• Brandon Rockhill, 30, of Brasher Falls (53 in a 35 mph zone).

• Janet M. Johnson, 28, of Akwesasne (52 in a 35 mph zone).

• Sakonhierons Swamp, 33, of Rooseveltown (53 in a 35 mph zone).

• William Tannahill, 39, of Godmanchester, Que. (53 in a 35 mph zone).
