HARASSMENT - ROSSIE - Gouverneur-based state police charged Terri I. Custer, 34, of Hammond with second-degree harassment at 9:38 p.m. Tuesday at 17 Law Lane, Canton. Troopers said the charge stemmed from an investigation into a complaint filed with state police on Aug. 15 from the town of Rossie.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - POTSDAM - State police responded to a number of property damage accidents on Tuesday. Among those:

• Malcom A. Hartson, 20, of Winthrop at 7:15 a.m. on state Route 11B, near the Elliot Road, in the town of Hopkinton.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS - MALONE - Malone-based state police reported Wednesday they had charged Ronald A. Woods, 23, of Bombay with third-degree criminal trespass and petit larceny after responding to a shoplifting complaint at the Malone Walmart. He was arraigned in local court, and bail was set at $500 cash.
