CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - MORRISTOWN - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Brent E. Maisland, 25, of Morristown with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment following an investigation into a domestic dispute reported at 9:55 p.m. Sunday from the town of Morristown. Maisland allegedly prevented the alleged victim from making an emergency call and damaged property during the argument. The arrest was made at 12:05 a.m. Monday. He was arraigned in local court, and bail was set at $2,000 cash.

DWI - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Justin W. Gonzalez, 26, of Uniontown, Pa., with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 2:09 a.m. Monday on state Route 56 in the town of Norfolk. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher is considered proof of intoxication in the state.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - COLTON - Gouverneur-based state police charged Shea T. Brode, 30, of Liverpool with unlawful possession of marijuana following a stop at 2:25 p.m. Sunday on state Route 56 in the town of Colton.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Desirae L. Parrish, 18, of Edwards with unlawful possession of marijuana following a stop at 2:40 a.m. Sunday on state Route 56 in the town of Norfolk.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - LEWIS - Lewis-based state police charged Gena E. McGregor, 26, of Massena with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument at 7 p.m. Sunday following a stop on Interstate 87, town of Lewis, Essex County.
