OPEN CONTAINER - POTSDAM - Village police charged two people with open container violations early Sunday morning after they were allegedly observed with open containers of alcohol on village streets. They were:

• Meaghan H. Fontanes, 20, of East Northport at 1:17 a.m. on Bay Street.

• Christopher R. Gilkey, 20, of Kirkville at 1:57 a.m. on Market Street.

PUBLIC URINATION - POTSDAM - POTSDAM - Village police charged Liam D. Drennan, 18, of Youngstown with public urination at 2:06 a.m. Sunday on Elm Street.

MARIJUANA POSSESSION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Beth A. Morey, 53, of Parishville with unlawful possession of marijuana at 2:21 a.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Main Street. Police said they made the stop after allegedly observing Morey fail to keep right.

RED LIGHT - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Meghan L. Vorhees, 18, of Stamford for a red light violation at 8:39 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Main Street.

INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Kristopher G. Covell, 38, of Potsdam for operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights at 8:56 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Market Street.

INADEQUATE TAIL LAMPS - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Thomas A. Brozowski, 61, of New York City for operation of a vehicle with inadequate tail lamps at 10:07 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Maple Street.

ILLEGAL U TURN - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Quinton M. Munson, 18, of South Glens Falls for making an illegal U turn at 11:15 p.m. Saturday on Market Street at Elm Street.

INADEQUATE EXHAUST - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Trevor J. Emmett, 19, of Winthrop for an equipment violation - inadequate exhaust at 11:50 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Elm Street.

1845 Patrols dispatched to a report of subjects trespassing on the railroad trestle near Sandstone Drive. Arrest made.

1928 Dispatched PVRS to a call on Market Street.

2039 Traffic stop on Maple Street. Ticket issued.

2056 Traffic stop on Market Street. Ticket issued.

2207 Traffic stop on Maple Street. Ticket issued.

2253 Traffic stop on Main Street. Verbal warning issued.
