AGGRAVATED DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Todd E. Fleury, 28, of Massena with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 of 1 percent, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle and no headlights following a traffic stop at 1:49 a.m. Tuesday on East Orvis Street in the village of Massena. Fleury allegedly had a blood alcohol content of .18 percent. A BAC of 0.08 percent or higher is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or higher. He was released on an appearance ticket.

HARASSMENT - HAMMOND - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Frances A. Lisiewski, 82, of Hammond with second-degree harassment at 9:10 a.m. Monday stemming from an incident reported to troopers at 7:59 p.m. Aug. 23 from the village of Hammond. Troopers said she allegedly wanted a 12-year-old male to leave her residence and grabbed him by the back of the neck and pushed him. She was released on an appearance ticket.

ACCIDENT - WINTHROP - Massena-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 2:52 a.m. Tuesday on Hurley Road in the town of Stockholm. The vehicle was operated by Wayne J. Arquiett, 25, of Massena.
